Auto headlight
Hi my auto headlight has stopped working, it's just came out from having the gearbox oil changed could thus have something to do with it, is there a way to turn it back on

Re: Auto headlight
Should be no link between those two events at all.
Try taking the battery off for 20 mins and see if it resets. The sensor is behind the little clear area at the top of the windscreen. Make sure the window is clear and you don't have dirt, dust....or a dead spider..... obstructing the view. The auto wiper sensor is in the same area.

I would just take it back. This disconnect the battery business didn't work for one of our X5's- after I had done it the chuffing doors wouldn't open with the remote so I had to go and get it reset. The car had gone into transport mode for some reason.
