New Member looking for Rubber matts front and rear and boot

Post by Mushy10 » Thu Dec 14, 2017 8:33 pm

Hello all,

I am about to take delivery of my BMW X5 M sport 30d 2017 in a few days (the merc is going thankfully!!!). I would be grateful for any advice on buying rubber mats as i tend to wear wellies a lot although as its new i will try to keep it clean, hence the mats. I have seen so many around but the Weather Tech looked pretty sturdy has anyone had any experience with these?

I would appreciate any advice on this matter and that of owning an X5 its my first.

Hello and welcome to Xdrivers. If your taking delivery of a brand new X it must be an f15 and therefore you'd probably be better posting in the f15 forum. I'm not trying to put you off even though I am jealous of your new purchase. I hope you enjoy it.

Hi

When I got my E70 as a AUC car he threw in a set of their rubber mats, which not only fitted well but are good quality ones. It already had the carpet overmats.

I would kindly ask your dealer/ salesperson that since your buying a new car from them and it's a big sale and commission etc if the would throw in a set of rubber mats, to ensure your complete satisfaction with the car and their dealer service and customer care.

Well it's worth an ask given these cars aren't cheap.
