Just changed mine over from the WINce version to the android one and so far i like it.
Easy to fit and come with all bit's needed.
I thought i had a faulty CANbus adaptor that i returned for a replacement with no problem but it turned out i had missed a small plug in the back of the unit.
This is the one i have just fitted (also the radio reception is fantastic which is a first).

My son has one of these fitted and must say I am very impressed, he has a torque eml (think that's what it's called) plugged into OBD port and can do diagnostics on the screen and look up solutions on the net. Watch live data on the move, I think he has accepted the inability to play cd's and has everything on a stick or plugs his phone in or uses Bluetooth. As far as I'm aware you can buy a TV module to plug in. Remains to be seen how reliable it is BUT he could buy another 2 before he would have spent as much money as I have on the Dynavin.

I think you can buy a long lead to run to the rear of the car but i am not sure how it works for the cd player.
Somebody had butchered all the cables in the back of my car before i got it.
By butchered i mean they had removed all the cd/nav and whatever was in there and joined a load of wires for the speakers to work thank god the front end was still the factory plug.

If you have the business single slot cd and MID unit, all the wires you need are behind the MID/ cd,  o need to run a cable to the back. You need to cut out the plastic shelf between the mod and cd
To remove the MID, pull the knob off and turn the torq scew 90 degs and it pops out, then remove screws for cd unit and unplug the quadlock.
You can extend the small 5 core cable / plug from the dash into the glove box, this way I used to reset my binnacle display MPG time etc by plugging the mid back into it when needed.
Don't worry too much about brackets for the headunit as it just sits nicely in the recess, or my Dynavin did.
Also the Dynavin had poor radio reception and was £600+
phone BT was good though.
As for CD changer, they are so 90's, as said iPod or USB , miles better.
