Swapping leather from one interior to another

Hey Guys,

Currently in my car I have cream nappa leather but the seats are not heated.

I have seen a complete interior that is in cream but the leather is not nappa, but is heated both in the front and the back.

The seats aslo have electric bolsters where as my interior does not.

The questions I have are as follows:

Is it possible to swap the napa leather covers over from my seats to the heated ones even though they have electric bolsters? or is a recover job if I want nappa leather?

The other, is how hard is it to wire in the heated seats? Both the control units come with the seats but I am not sure if the X5s are pre wired up or whether the wiring for the heating elements need to be retro fitted
