Flickering oil light!

Flickering oil light!

Any one any idea why my oil light flickers when idling in drive but not in park or when I'm driving?

Possibly because the engine speed is lower when in D at standstill. What sort of revs is it at when the light is flickering?

You need 1 st to get the oil pressure checked
And a diagnostics
Have fixed a good few of these x5 with this problems
