I was in ECP to get new wipers. They told me the Aeros wouldnt fit on mine, (after they had inspected the wiper arms, sold me the wipers and sent me home) something to do with pre f/l length of connectors or some shit like that...

Total rollox, there are two option on most aero sets, dedicated and universal fitting. Nearly all are universal unless stated otherwise.

They sold me universal. When it became apparent it wouldn't fit I highlighted that they had dedicated ones on their site but the guy was adamant that they wouldn't fit and that this was a common issue with E53 owners...
