Replacements for the halogen yellow bulbs.

Post by Jamee » Sun Apr 14, 2013 9:26 pm

Sorry for a 'light' thread, but just looking around for replacement bulbs as I have a 2002 3.0d with standard halogen lights, no xenon.

Was looking at these on hid direct at £11.99 for my dipped beam - H1
and also for my main beam - H7

Or something like this ebay...

Thanks Jamee.

IMO Xenon bulbs like those on ebay are not much better than blue painted halogens. HID is a technology that is completely different to the elements used in these bulbs. These are NOT HID, HID like perhaps in that they can look a bit blue but they are NOT HID

IMO of course
