Pit your arm up behind the ehausts and push the reflectors out on each side, theres a 8mm bolt under each one, undo all the 8mm bolts around the bottom of the bumper about 6 i think, then for the trickyist bit remove the plastic rivets from inside the rear wheel arches enough to get the first bit of the plastic arch to come out above the bumper, theres another 8mm bolt under the arch at top of bumper, once all these are off give the bumper ends nearest the wheel a good sharp pull out wards this releases the clips (easier with one person each side) then go to drivers side and lower the bumper very carefully as you will have to unclip the pdc loom from the bumper.
Towbars pretty straight forward to fit, just remove the bumper re enforcement and replace with the towbar one,
When re fitting bumper be carfull to line all the tabs up under the tear tailgate

You tube is your friend. I found a descriptive video of bumper removal on there. With the westfalia tow bar do you refit the bumper iron. With my witter I had to leave it off

If you go to the PF Jones website, you can download the fitting instructions, and same for the wiring kits  :)
